We offer a range of options to best fit in with your busy life:
- Back-to-Base – the preferred choice. Drop off your PC with us and we’ll work on it in our own workshop environment, ensuring a speedy turn-around (very often same or next day). Before commencing any work we estimate maximum cost – so you need not worry about getting a huge bill back with your PC.
- On-site – we can come to your home at a time to suit you, including evenings and weekends. Our trusted technicians will endeavour to solve your computer troubles right on the spot, and provide follow up support via remote access if required (see below).
- Remote Access – we are also able to offer remote support for 90% of problems – all that is required is a working internet connection. This allows us to work on your PC from our office without any interruption to your day.
- Telephone and email support – being the Computer Geeks, we are the best people to advise on any IT queries. We can provide advice and support via email and phone along with the above 3 effective methods.
