Installing Computer Geeks remote software

Please print the following information and note down the information to give to Computer Geeks at a later date.

The installation of the software required for Computer Geeks to remote onto your system takes just 2 minutes to set up.

This process will guide you through the setup.

During the process, you will be asked to create a password. Please take a note of this. A 9-digit unique ID code will also be generated.

1. Select Run

3. The install program will download

5. Once downloaded, select Run

7. The installer will begin. Choose Next

9. Choose personal/non-commerical use and press Next

11. Select both of the licence agreement options and press Next

13. Choose a unique password and make a note of it (this will be given to Computer Geeks to allow the remote connection, along with the unique code produced in the following steps). For your convenience, if you have printed this instruction document, you may want to write this password down here: ____________________________

15. Select Finish

17. Moments later, a box will pop up with your Teamviewer Host ID. Please take note of this code. For your convenience, you may wish to write this ID down here: _______________________

19. You will notice a new icon will appear in the taskbar (as shown here circled in red)
