Installing Computer Geeks Remote Software
Please print the following information and note down the information to give to Computer Geeks at a later date.
- The setup of the software required for Computer Geeks to remote onto your system takes just 2 minutes.
- This process will guide you through the setup.
- During the process, you will be asked to create a password.
- Please take a note of this. A 9-digit unique ID code will also be generated.
Both of these pieces of information will be required by the Computer Geeks team to complete the remote session.

Installation Instructions
Use the menu on the left to select if you are a home or business user, after that choose your web browser (if unsure click Internet Explorer)
If you would like to leave your computer unattended while we perform our remote work please ensure that your Power Options are set to prevent your computer entering sleep mode.
